Went to the first session of my creative writing course at the Mary Ward centre last night. Brilliant! The course tutor swanned in 10 minutes late - apologised and said, "Right while I do some admin, I want you to take your full name, and make an anagram from it and create a title for a short story. Go! ". I was by this time in love with her. My full name is Stephen Frederick Brooks: I got 'Rick's Dred Of Rooks'. (She said you don't have to use all the letters) So now I have this story developing of a farmer who's terrified of rooks. Bit of a problem when one lives in the country. Now you try it, no not with my name silly; yours.
