I'm so bloody stuck on this stupid chapter. I need somebody up on roulette please. I've been playing stupid practice games online, but they are cons and loaded to make you win so that you play for real cash. I need accurate odds.
If somebody bet two hundred and eighty pounds on black and one hundred pounds on even and won on both (50/50 chance on each) what would his return be? It's not a straight double of the stake is it? Doesn't the house take a percentage?
If he went on to do this twice more and win on all occasions (no way impossible, I managed to do it three times in an hour) would the return stay the same with each spin or would it increase?
Basically what I'm asking is, he's got three eighty, he needs three consecutive wins ... how much will he come out with each spin?
I've looked at rules and they made my eyes go squiffy and my brain leak.
And now I'll go and thumb twiddle, read some ABC, I'm stopped ,still, standing stood until I get an answer. and with the amount of pretend money that I've just won, I can understand why the broke and gullible turn to internet gambling.
Thanks all. xxx
