... because it's been selected for publication in the Poetry Rivals Competition 2012 anthology :D
I'd completely forgotten about submitting it. For once, Royal Fail delivered something nice to my door today. It will be published in the anthology in October this year, but there's also the chance it'll be shortlisted in the top 100, wherein I'll perform it live before a panel of judges and an audience, for the prize of £1,000 or a publishing deal with Bonacia Ltd.
Sorry for blowing my own trumpet here. But I really wanted to say a huge Thankyou to everyone who'S read/commented on the poem, and supported my writing in general.
