Lest we forget

You made me forget you
on the end of the pier
the candy floss breeze
ebbed your collar tucked hair
I clung to a stuffed dolphin
like our first born

and then I forgot you

bumped you away
on the dodgems
splashed you gone
on a log flume
you left when
three lemons dropped in
I went home with a fiver in change.

Nice poem :). Its easy to understand and yet..you make it uniquely said.

I hope this isnt rude. But i was wondering if you could critique my writing as well? :)
