Here yee...

Citizens of lymbic ignorance,
Dance though you gain nothing
From the energy you spent,
Applaud the music,
it's tradition,
Applaud for pity,
join the others in applause
whether you received the music,
or not...
Citizens of glutted hunger,
Why are you obese?
Is food no longer fuel?
Is it now an easy joy?
Why are you obsessed with happiness?
Could you recognise it from misery?
When the two stand together
Back to back...
Citizens of religion,
Do you not trust yourself?
Do you not know right from wrong?
Does it need to be made clear,
Unless you become confused?
Do you really only love me,
Because your master wishes it?
Am I otherwise of no value?
Will you always choose an apparition,
Never another such as yourself?
Citizens of this void,
Is there nothing more you wish?
Is the wheel you run in fine?
Shall the blood remain on the streets?
Was it fine that it happened?
Is the canvas staying blank?
Will the music not be played?
Who needs a soul?
Who needs a self?
What good is time?
It was ticking down anyway,
Will you smile your sunny smile,
while you watch the world die?
smile your sunny smile,
For i know not what you see,
all i see is emptiness,
Fill your day with nothing... nothing,
a hundred thousand, varieties of nothing,
A tear to applaud your effort,
Cynicism upon receipt of your wisdom,
I'll miss you when we're gone,
Despite never meeting you,
In the countless times we've met.
