What did we do before mobiles?
A mystery it's turned out to be.
for the youngsters today,
there is no time for play,
there is texting to do, don't you see.

I can translate the textos I get,
like I'll C U 2nite after 8,
but I don't really know,
if I can or can't go,
as past 8 is a little bit late.

My mum has just bought me a book,
with nice pictures and long words, the lot.
It looks nice on the shelf,
I must answer the phone.
It will be there tomorrow, good health.

But this morning it's school and that's bad, in the class I can't text and that's sad.
But I can't read too well,
and I can't hear the bell,
so I'll just have to speak to my dad.

But my dad's an old fogey you know,
he can read and do maths, there you go.
He's got a new phone,
with no pics or texto,
well thats different, not cool, really no!

So I'm thinking some more about this,
and decided to go ex-directory,
then I choose who calls me
and I've more time to play,
and to read with my dic-tion-ary.

I think this is terrific.
from beginning to end.
I was one 8 in before dark,
P & Qs were essential
thankyou notes to.
No mobiles then takes over
everyone. People
go along the street
discussing all kind things
even on the bus as it goes ding!
the days without mobile be anything
active and creative families do.and Father and mother
not here, would not been able to grasp
how it started.Every wink of life it's
used. Takes away the company I too
get confused.

But my dad's and old fogey
(Hey) you know,
he can read and do maths, there you go.
He's got a new phone,with no pics:or texto
well thats different,
not cool, really no!
