I watch as Nature weaves
Mousey little leaves
'neath tattered trees
Maybe it's the breeze
Chasing round and round
Faint rustling sound
See how they run
Following the sun.

I picked this one to comment on because it's Autumn weather outside my window but you're clearly a talented poet and I enjoyed this alot; heard the wind blowing and saw the leaves and the autumn darkness, everything.

The whole poem is so good that it's difficult to pick a favourite line but I liked:

If I were braver, I’d allow
the wind to take my hand
and take me from this hostile place,
