The fairy lights above my bed have slipped their pins
and I am in pieces trying to fix it.
My lecherous laptop is on the floor
and cannot tell the time in Japan
without its little led light.
I mail all my ex boyfriends to remind them that
malevolence is mathematical
and so are breasts if you know how
to scan them quite right
but that I hope they remember
that people with one eye, cry twice.
