I rode a very old A-10 for seven years and, God forbid, a Cossack for another two, both with chair in the days before you had to upgrade from provisional. Always quite fancied a Norton.

Thanks for that, Sooz. And good for you with the A10 and Cossack. A friend of mine recentlty travelled to Wales to purchase a Bonneville, no restoration required. That makes two of my friends to recently get their hands on a 'Bonny'. I don't know, bikes aren't what they used to be... neither are the ones with wheels.
