Story and Poem of the Week and Inspiration Point

Both of my choices this week are under-the radar pieces, but I do hope this will give them the reads they deserve - they're both brilliant!

Story of the Week goes to The Other Terrence Oblong for his very funny two parter The Feast Problem. Can you imagine what might happen when fine dining (and the Guardian restaurant critic) arrive on Happy Island? Me neither, but it made me laugh out loud when I read Terrence's account, and I hope it does the same for you too:
