Soft translucent mist
Wraps her silver arms
Around his jager coat
In the knee high meadow grass
He steps his boot shod feet
Leaves animal prints behind
His loneliness ribbons
Around the willows
Rooted to the rivers edge
Shadowing his tired eyes
Against the sunlight shards
Which slice through lofty crowns
To steal away his sight

The third and fourth stanza

The third and fourth stanza really stand out because of some of the wonderful language you use.
"His loneliness ribbons" has a wonderful sound to it aswell as being a lovely, striking image (perhaps mirroring the soft translucent mist)and I also feel the same way about "sunlight shards" that "slice" through "lofty crowns".
Generally, the poem succeeds in transporting me to "the knee high meadow grass" so I think it's a good poem.

what an amazing poem, so much is shown to the reader,
in such a short poem, you have managed to capture
the hunter so well.
Thanks for the read.
