Hi Rhiannon

I enjoyed singing this to the little town of Bethlehem tune, which it fits very well.

We had a subsitute priest at church this morning as our regular one is having surgery for recurring cancer at the end of  the week. The new man is a elderly retired Monseignor, who is too disabled to stand during the service, so sits with a small table in front of him. He gave the best sermon I have heard for a long time - on humility.

Thanks, Jean. Yes, the 'chorus' is 7 6 7 6 rather than 8 6 8 6, so it can depend on which CM tune one uses.

Glad you found the sermon helpful. My husband is preaching today, and he did get on well, with God's help. 1 Timothy 2:1-6 on prayer for leaders and government, that there may be peace in the land to live godly and tell of the Saviour. He is resting at the moment as he is to preach tonight too. He doesn't do so regularly but we are without a full-time Pastor at present, and the 2 elders share the ministry with visiting speakers. Rhiannon
