RE: Tinted Glasses

Hi, these should be on the "Discuss writing from ABC.." forum. This is the "General Discussion Forum" where it is appropriate to discuss general non-writing topics like 'the rise of esophageal diverticulitis in the 20th century', 'Is sex with horses moral?' and 'state funded muslim, urdu-speaking schools' . jude

I've got these glasses that go dark in the sunlight - 'reactolite' or some such dire trade name. The trouble is that they go dark far too soon so I walk about in permanent gloom. If I remove them I am semi-blind but everything is much brighter. They also don't go dark enough when it is genuinely bright. I don't think I'll get them again.
