really enjoyed this opening chapter, you create a fascinating couple that i want to know more about. The detail creates a vivid picture, and as i reader i felt like i was spying on a very complex and co-dependent relationship that is destined to end in tragedy in some form.

I am realising how much good writing is about creating fascinating and rounded characters, and these two certainly appear to be fascinating.
