I know I am behind the times what with being 24 and all, but have just bought Ballad of the Broken Seas and it is awesome!

I am having a lovley time lying on the landing listening to it. Highly recommend.

I'm currently very taken with 'The Repulsion Box' by Sons and Daughters. Is Isobel Campbell any relation to the woman from Camera Obscura? I know there's a link between Camera Obscura and Belle and Sebastian, and between Isobel Campbell and B+S. There's probably a nebulous link between B+S and Arab Strap, which would in turn link Sons and Daughters. (These are related to Scottish bands, by the way) Blimey, it's like six degrees of Kevin Bacon in here! Cheers, Mark
