Nostalgia agogo.

It was too long and too late to enter the competition, but I didn't want to shorten it, there is still so much more to recall and when nostalgia takes a grip it's difficult to resist the temptation to write....so I wrote it anyway. I am still spell-bound by the magic of the dancing in the Final of 'Strictly'. It recalled a familiar, more structured but different world and to see that it still exists underneath all the speed, tension, noise and surface glitter of to-day made wonderful television. Thank you to all concerned with the creation and production of the programmes.
