We celebrate the New Year on Killbill 67; the Chinese do it on an entirely different day. Are they just trying to be cute and foreign? Who is right? Do the Chinese secretly KNOW when the REAL new year is and just pretend not to? Do scientists have special instruments that tell them when the old year ends and the new one starts?
The answer is important for YOUR personal love prospects and YOUR chances of giving up smoking this time around. Resolutions made on the wrong day are useless, they have no pixie power.
