I have just heard on the news that Mo is very ill. Her old man, Jon, is chair of our trustees and they are both big fans of ABC.

Our thoughts are with her and Jon.

Let me be the first to pick up on a piece of work submitted to this, our new ABCTales.

Firstly, the obvious comment and the reason why I read on so eagerly: I think we all know the difficulty and the uncertainty of writing for the point of view of the opposite sex. It takes a lot of confidence, which i feel is justified in this piece.

Broadly speaking, I liked it a lot. I did kind of feel that it would work better if it was a little longer. The 'switch' from happy-happy-happy with getting it on with the guy to bunny boiler could be explored further.

Excellent ABC. Excellent. Well done. I lile it.

It seems that the scientists have sent someone out to put some sellotape on the shuttle. God can't these guys get it right? I mean it's not as if it's rocket sci............

Where's the general discussion group gone. You know shootin' the breeze etc.

What's happening with them? Are any stories of 'merit' picked out any more? It gave me something to aim for.

This is a bit exciting. Trying out the new forums in the new ABCtales.

The layout looks different from the old ones but I reckon I will get used to that. And there seems to be some extra functions.
