I AM WHAT I AM

I am what I am.
Apparently, I'm a ram.
Though I haven't sprouted any wool yet,
And nothing unusual is growing out my head.

I'm supposed to be impatient.
I'm not always - if it's worth the wait.
Some things are better late than never,
But still, it's better sooner than late.

I'm supposed to race into things headfirst,
But I like to think it through, do some considering.
I don't want to charge ahead, without any thought.
If it's possible, I would like to know where I'm going.

I am what I am.
With or without the ram.
Am I really bothered what I 'should' be like?
Do I really give a damn?

I am me. That's all there is.
Astrologically, I'm still Aries.
But I'm an individual. No two Arians are the same,
As with any other star-sign.
Like two people with the same name.
