Thoughts Of A Dog

A/N - N stands for narration and T stands for thought.

N - Owner puts dog out side in kennel.

T - Just 'cos I used to live in the wild doesn't mean I like sleeping outside. You get treated better at the pound! At least you get to sleep in doors.

N - The owner brings out food and water.

T - At least I won't starve. The way these people treat me you'd think I were a wild animal not a member of the family. You'd think they'd at least let me inside seen as it's raining. And you know that saying 'It doesn't rain but it pours' well the heaven wanted to make sure I didn't forget it by drenching my wooden kennel. All tucked up in bed the humans are, they didn't even leave me a blanket.

N - The door to the house opens and the owner calls the dog inside.

T - I knew they loved me, knew it, knew it, knew it!
