God worked so hard when he created the Earth that he became tired.
We are alive because of him and because of that, he should be admired.
On the seventh day God needed to rest.
Because of his hard work, we are blessed.
When I see God's accomplishments,
It is both impressive and pleasant.
Because he rested, he wants people to rest on Sundays.
God is number one in my life and he'll be with me always.

Hi, I don't think God rested because he got tired (he doesn't get weary), but rather to enjoy what he'd made and encourage us to do so on one day a week, and remember him, worship him, think about his creation and salvation in what he sent Jesus to do. But thank you for your encouragement on remembering him on the rest day, and that he should be no.1. I've been putting a hymn up on Sundays for this reason, too. Rhiannon
