Now we breathe the Hyacinths' sweeter air
Framed by arches and not rivalry
We have only a dream of the Paradise Garden
That held to heart its House of Hell
Needled me with a knowledge
Planetry, symmetry and a leaning
To a Learning Tree
Bark and promise
Just a mirage miracle
Mirrored in the mire
A quiet vision in re-vision
Stolen under, dark-flighted, sable wings
Disturbing ashen nests
The Magpies eyed for gemstones
Rooted in soft lawns "car-pit"ed
By hollied blossom
War we wore awe down with
All laid to rest 'neath fonder pastures
Re-tyred from a roof of Rainbow Valleys
To the warmth of marble heart(h)stones
Infinite and definite as the grip of ancestral ivory
Where the snow's as gentle
As a pocket full of
Frozen
Poses
