The Romance of Poverty

Candlelit dinners - we can't afford to turn the light on

Sharing a bath together - or sometimes just the bathwater

Holding each other close - for the body heat

Living off love and laughs - we can't afford food and central heating

Money never brought you happiness - just as well, there isn't any left

The air we breath is free at least (for now) - everything else is a luxury

Poverty brings a couple closer - 'til death do us part
