I am a teacher of English (and occasional translator/interpreter) who has lived permanently in Northern Greece since 1986. I love language and languages: I am fluent in French and (modern!) Greek, as well as speaking German well, have a good working knowledge of Italian and Dutch, and am at present learning Macedonian, but I prefer to do my creative writing in my mother tongue, English!
