The Parasite: An Irish Folktale

“There certainly are some very odd things done in out-of-the-way places.”

Randalls Round, Eleanor Scott.

With the grip of the famine strengthening on Irish soil, a small rural village in County Donegal struggles to deal with the devastating effects.

As the isolated community plummets head-first into starvation, desperation, and insanity, a young man sees an opportunity to set right the injustice of his abusive father.

A tale that blurs the lines between reality and hysteria. In a period when the occult had almost been eradicated from Europe, the village deals with the residual effects of European Witchcraft as they strive to find meaning behind their starvation.

A story in 8 parts, just in time for the Halloween Season. I hope you all enjoy it, and all feedback is good feedback, so leave your thoughts!
