a skillet (no second s) is an american name for a cast iron frying pan, is it not? I didnt query whether you liked cooking - so do i. Its just that our measuring equipment doesnt come in "cups". What "cups" are they anyway? Tea cups? if so, what size? It wouldnt matter one whit, if all the measurements were in cups, but they skip about with tspns and tblspns, so it has to be a specific measurement. Probably you picked up measuring cups from a walmart whilst you were on the road somewhere in the land of the free eh ralph?

American site you're snipping these off eh Ralph? When we cook here, we use either imperial or metric measurements. And we dont use skillets either. So, if anyone should be sufficiently thrilled and tempted enough to use these recipes you keep posting, then we'd need a conversion page. Couldnt google one for us could you?
