you, your dream and your dad

I think that to realise what this dream means to you, you should try and identify the exact feelings you had whilst your dad was turning into his meal. You say it was quite ordinary....but did you feel pleased, bored, dissappointed or thankful that you wouldnt have to listen to his drunken ranting.

Overall though, I suspect that your dad was taking the lime light by not only having a meal, (which you never even got) but to top it off he became his meal. Does he take all the limelight in reality? In the dream, once this had happened you disregarded him. Perhaps your dads focus, in reality, is more on himself and not enough on you so you push him away....? What do you think?

Or maybe my interpretation of your dream reveals more about my relationship with my dad thanyour own....who knows....
