A very fine poem - beautifully well written, makes sense to me, liked the shorter verses to the end especially; green/indicating - the road metaphor is used so well here - anger stanza is great....it's all good! Take a look!
Silver Spun Sand
This poem works very well on both planes - alegorically and literally. Expertly crafted. I particularly liked the lines:-
'pride hurt, invulnerable
with all the useless strength
that anger brings.'
