This is a new experience for me, and pretty scary.

It would be so easy to add a message about number of posts-per-day to the 'Create Content' page. I can't think why it hasn't been done. Many new subscribers don't seem to read the FAQs or the forums.

Agree with you to an extent, Pure-zen - though there aren't many 'rules' and it's easy enough to check them. They're all in the FAQs. Welcome to the site, anyway.

To be fair, few sites of this kind (those where you 'submit' writing or artwork or whatever) have number limitations, which is due to the fact few are as closely moderated in regards to what is submitted. But, yeah. It's not hard to just take a quick browse through the rules. No real harm done, though. -- My blog: The Smug Gnome

Personally I never read FAQs until something goes wrong, and if I joined the site today I'd probably post a whole truck load of dross all at once. That particular piece of advise needs to be a lot more prominent than it is.
