i enjoyed this story which packs a lot in, i thought it was going to be spoof American disaster tale, but then it veers in a different direction.

I felt the middle section about his life could be tightened slightly - and i was a little confused as to the link you were making between flying, getting laid and bikes - but that didn't detract from a fun story with a great last line.
