I have a manuscript going through a Copy-edit... What next?!

Any advice for someone who has a manuscript finally completed and ready for publishers? My editor has given me wonderful feedback as to the pace, characters and overall plot of the story and anyone who has been at this stage and has worked out the best next move please, please, please help.
