Pointless?

The Beckhams have been voted number 1 & 2 (Vicky 1, David 2) in a Pointless poll.

I can see why Victoria might be voted number 1 but surely David is a talented footballer and therefore not pointles at all.
When you see that Tony Blair is in the top 10 along with the Royal Family then it makes you wonder just exactly how this poll was conducted. I'd call Blair a lot of things but 'pointless' would NOT be one of them. What do you think?
