I thought the child's voice in this was very authentic. Not entirely sure what the meaning of the last two lines is - but maybe i am being thick!

i think it refers to the expression "BobÂ´s your uncle", as in, weÂ´ll get rid of this monstrous carbunkle and bobs your uncle
