E-Book Website Recomendations s'il vous plait

Does anybody know of a website where you can put up an E-Book and let people download it for free?

I'm not sure about other people but i have an ebook, i don't care about profit and just want to put it up on an indie e-book site that is not up its on a*se about 'publishing', recognised authors or specific genres etc.
You know like you can put any story on ABCTales, there must be a site out there where you can put a .pdf book up and let people download it and read it.
No charge

I've tried searching but is this idea just too communist?
