Plea for help
I wrote a story the other night that I hope to extend into a series. I was just hoping if all you 'ABCers' could do me a favour and tell if it is worth it. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but so do 99.9% of shorts.
Also, someone described it to me as noirish, something I didn't consider when writing. I considered it more of a cross between Sylvanian families (if any one remembers what they were), Kafka and PKD. I just wonder if you think I should follow the noir slant.
All your opinions would be welcome. Until then keep smiling.
PS Ignore the few typos- It got a cherry so I can't be arsed updating it.
In my excitement I forgot the story name:
'Even Teddy Bears Get The Blues.'
Also, check out my earlier story if you can, 'The Rabbit Hunt.'
I think you are fine on your own at the moment. The teddy bear story if fab with all the dark imagery and delectable characters - Scooby McCoy! Just keep on typing and you'll get there.
The Rabbit Hunt also had a dark side to it. The story itself, although on another plane let alone another world is really imaginative.
I love it.
Keep up the good work!
