Best book for ages
I recently read 'The Constant Gardner' by John Le Carre and I really loved it. The first book for a very long time that I didn't want to put down. I was so surprised, because I'd always avoided Le Carre for some reason, thought it was all spies and stuff. But this book was special, the structure is clever, it unfolds very gradually, reveals itself in careful stages. Written with passion, and anger too, at the state of the modern multinational world. If anyone else has a recommendation for another book as good as this, I'd be grateful
Well at least I thought it was good. Everyone else, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
