Kudos. The 'G de N' scene was always a bit too mellow for me, but I liked DJ Sacred Daffy's bangra remix of 'Hung Like A DJ'. The whale song at the end was spot on.
Oi Spack.
'spinode'?
How much shit did I have to take for making that one up.
It is a mathematical term. I would love it if a band really did use it as a name.

I went to Atomfilms.com and found this great music video, it combines music of today and that of the 30's really great, everyone who's listened has given great reviews. It is by this band called the Real Tuesday Weld. They're in the UK, the song's name is Bathtime in Clerkenwell. Anyone heard of them?

Sadly, though it seems crass I love gangsta rap, I don't listen to the words too much, but I just think they're the people who've come from nothing and have made something. I think that maybe the point most people miss, they talk about how it was for them, but it's what they're doing now that counts. ie I used to sell drugs now I sing, critics miss the point.
"The Boston Scene"?? Boston as in Lincolnshire I take it, Tim?
I'm busy finding new indie music I like - Arcade Fire, Aud Der Maur and The Editors are my latest finds - and filling in on stuff I should have listened to years ago but didn't, like Placebo, the Pixies and the Smiths. I'm only skimming the surface, I know.
