Hi Kirsty,
Welcome to ABC. I've been a member over 6 years, but have only just found the courage to post. I like what I've read of your writing - only 2 so far, but I'm sure there's plenty to come. I hope so. This story caught me from the off, then reeled me in. I identify with those feelings expressed by the waitress. Sometimes there's no reason to feel these things... or is there?
