Get up to the north end if you can (St Lucy parish I think). It has these amazing black cliffs and wild sea crashing away, and is a bit off the beaten track and unlike the rest of the island (I'm not really a beach person and was there through work - not complaining at all though). Rob

Thanks rj, I'll send you a postcard. St Lucy sounds like a really nice saint. I'm not a beach person either, only going because it's a last family holiday before both kids leave for university. So what else is there to do? I see there's a KFC in St Lawrence Gap. (I'm not the world's greatest traveller)
