Ghost Dog

One of the things I love most about this film - and there are many things - is the fact that the main character's best friend is someone who doesn't speak the same language, and they can't understand one another at that level. So they find other ways, beyond the verbal, to connect. That, to me, is the essence of humanity - of what it means to be human. It's the thing - perhaps the only thing - that gives me hope.
