Good evening everybody! I'm new here and just kinda wanted to make my presence known and say Hi or Hello if you prefer. Does anyone have any comments to make on really rubbish or weak endings to stories? I fear mine may well fall into that category but I just can't help myself!

ha! You're not alone there. I could have made my fortune by now if I'd finished anthing of consequence, actually starting something of consequence would be a good er start. Thanks for your comment. All are gratefully received and shall be printed onto long rolls of paper so that I can cover my walls with them, I'm going for the 'literati' look this season darling. Sorry must go now, think its a blood sugar thing. x

Ah, the blood sugar thing: me too. One of my stories (Granny Fiddler)I showed to a film maker and he said 'it just sort of ends.' 'Much like real life eh?' Came my rapier like retort, or would have done if I hadn't have been very drunk at the time. Welcome, we're a friendly lot here.

every0ne has the write to comment but it depends on you what to do with that comment, some comments may not be appreciated , but in the end a comment means somebody has taken time to read your work, which in turn should be appreciated. i was in the lower classes of english twenty odd years ago but i always liked writing poetry, not studying though, as the years pass my english is getting worse as i do not use it much should i give in? maybe i should then agian maybe i should make a comeback. keep writing one day you may hit the jackpot harry potter did.
