Penguin Lost by Andrey Kurkov
For those who took up my suggestion and read 'Death and the Penguin' - here's the sequel. It's way way up there as one of the best books of the decade - the two together are complete gems. I cannot recommend them highly enough - funny, witty, moving, insightful and original.

Tony, I agree about this one.
And Kurkov has another book coming out in March, and then another one in 2006. Not about a penguin tho'.
