Access Denied

Hi all, I would not put this on here only I tried contacting the team about not been able to still access some of my work, one is called 'Home
WHY NOT, TO KEEP SECRETS! but I got the above message when trying to contact a member of ABCtales.

Please help but mainly I need to try a recover my work. thank you in advance for any help :)

Hi Mangone :) Thank you for your help and yes I have tried with this one and others over the months and years and cannot access it. I do not like to ask direct unless some one offers but I would be grateful is FTSE or anyone could help. Thank you again :)
