You could try searching pulpfaction - they used to publish anthologies of prose and poetry on a different theme each time. Not sure if they're still running, but I know they do have a website somewhere.

Hi Howard, I have written several stories, one of which has been accepted by "alternate species" magazine. They publish science fiction, horror, the supernatural etc etc. Not sure of the website address at the mo, but try a search engine. if you don't have any joy, let me know and I'll get it for you (it's on my list at home, but not on this computer; this is my dad's). However, they won't accept works previously published, even if it has only been posted on this site. Hope this helps and good luck! I always like to hear from the writers of more..er...sick work.
