I discovered him recently and loved the one I was given. Can't remember the title now but will definitely be reading more.

My friend who is a big Bruce Springsteen fan, found out this author amongst other celebritities was also fan, so has just begun reading "Shoedog".

george pelacanos is exellent....have read most of his stuff...modern hardboiled, he loves music and peppers the stories with references....
