Black Becomes You by Silver Spun Sand

I think this poem is worth a comment! The thing about it is that it grasps some of the unexpected features of bereavement - how it affects us in ways we couldn't have imagined, how we long, hopelessly, to have our time over again with the person we've lost. And the part of the poem where she holds his shirt to breathe his essence: absolutely, painfully authentic.

I agree there is a real truth in this - very much enjoyed. Juliet
