Re-ordered chapters...does it work?
After useful feedback from an agent I have rewritten and reordered some of my chapters. Once I had taken the plunge I found it a really exciting and usful process. I feel that it has added greatly to the overall plot...what do you think?

Hi Rachel. Sorry I can't help with this one, but good luck in getting a response.

I assume you are talking about fiction here. I have been trying ot start a novel/ghost story for some time and ordering chapters has proved to be something of a block for me. The balance of setting the scene and getting on with the plot is for me a difficult one.
One thing I personally have found helpful is to have someone who is willing, read back to me. It comes over in a different way. Even if you write a synopsis and have them read that back to you it will give you a better perspective. It's a bit like doing a crossword. You get stuck re-reading a clue and someone jumps in with an answer !
Hope this helps
