Strange error message when posting new forum topic or story

I am aware that many of you are getting a weird thing on the screen when you post a new forum topic or submit a story or poem.

We are aiming to rebuild the server this weekend and that will iron out these bugs. I am just awaiting confirmation from the techies. If this is the case then we will go down for a bit on Sunday whilst the rebuild is inserted. Be warned!
