Gold Dust magazine calendar 2011
Gold Dust magazine is hoping to publish another calendar consisting of photographs and poems submitted by readers.
The idea is that people submit either an original photograph or a poem (or both) with a seasonal theme, and we match pictures and poems to create the pages of a lavish all-colour calendar, sold and distributed through Lulu.com and available in time for Christmas. It makes a great Christmas/Chanukah/Winter Solstice/anything else present, especially if it contains one or more of your pictures or poems. The two we did before were extremely popular and received great praise.
Poems should be no more than ten lines (preferably less) and pictures (digital of course) should be at the highest possible resolution (big files) and will be printed in a near-square format (we will crop as required).
Please send both pictures and poems in the first instance to me at: davidgardiner@worldonline.co.uk – but don't worry, the poems will be selected by Claire Tyne, not me!
If you want to send picture attachments totalling more than 4 Mb please e-mail me first as my server rejects very big attachments and we will need to make separate arrangements.
