Me...
I hit a penny poker machine for 64 bucks with 4 aces! That’s after dropping a pair of twenty dollar bills into the beast. Net gain of 24 dollars and a demonstration of the long play patient approach to gambling, investing, and life in general. Vacation was good, played golf, saw the kids, had some adventures and good food, saw LIVE MUSIC in a bar!!! And won 20 bucks at the casino.. Doesn’t get any better!
No big swings this week, only 5 positions gained ground and 8 dropped by double digits. Top 5 and bottom 3 slots stayed right where they were a week ago. There has been a lot of chatter about interest rates, inflation, and the Fed which has been causing unrest in the markets. Me, I just keep dropping quarters in the slot and pulling the handle. My four aces are in here somewhere!
